Bridal Booking Agreement/ Terms and Conditions 

Booking agreement:

 

I require a £50 booking fee to secure your booking. Confirmation of availability of dates does not mean your booking is confirmed. I cannot secure your wedding date until I have received the full booking fee.

 

Once I have received the booking fee and completed booking form you will a receive a confirmation email as proof of booking.   

 

This booking fee is only refundable up until 7 days after your trial date should you not wish to continue with the booking. If you cancel your booking longer than 7 days after your trial your booking fee will not be refunded.

 

Please note that the trial must be carried out at least 9 weeks before the wedding date to qualify for a refund of your booking fee should you not wish to continue with your booking.

 

Any discounts applied at booking only applies at this time while the offer is valid and does not apply to any extra services that may be added at a later date.

 

The £50 booking fee will be taken off of the total payment for the wedding day.

 

The total payment for your wedding day is due in full 7 days before your wedding day to be paid via bank transfer. Once payment has been received in full you will receive a confirmation email of proof of payment.

 

You will receive an invoice 30 days before your wedding date with full payment details.

 

Please note I do not accept credit/ debit cards or cheques or cash on the day of service.

 

Payments for bridal parties must be paid in one full lump sum amount. I cannot accept multiple payments for one party so please ensure the full payment is coming from one account.

 

Payment for the trial is due on the date of the trial. An invoice for this will be sent to you the day of your trial date with the payment details to be paid via bank transfer. If you would prefer to pay via cash for your trial please just let me know.  

 

If a second trial is carried out the same fee is applied as the first trial.

 

Strip lashes are complementary and therefore no discount can be applied if you decide not to have them.

 

Travel:

 

Any services outside of a 10 mile radius of RH16 3NS will have a travel charge of 45p per mile.

 

If I am travelling via public transport I will give you a quote for this.

 

Any parking costs are chargeable to the client.

 

Liability:

 

The client is required to inform me of any allergies and sensitivities before any hair and makeup services are carried out. I will always ask before I start the service.

 

All makeup, brushes as well as my hands are sanitised between every client.

 

Photos taken by me of any members of the booking may be used on social media and my website to be used as promotion unless the client has requested otherwise. I will always ask before taking any photos.

 

I may ask for photos after the event. I consider any photos sent to me consented images to use on social media and www.janeyhairandmakeup.com to use as promotion. When possible I always credit the photographer.

I will only use your personal details you have given to me to administer your booking and carry out the hair and makeup services you have requested. I do not pass on or sell your details. 

 

By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Event / Prom Service Terms and Conditions

An invoice will be sent to you the day before the date of the service to be paid via bank transfer. If you would rather pay via bank transfer please just let me know.

If you pay via bank transfer a confirmation email will be sent to you as proof of payment.
